You will be notified by email once your order has been received. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you. Your goods will be delivered to you by Royal Mail and may take up to 28 days depending on your order. Most goods however are dispatched within 48 hours.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can return it.
Please follow the steps below to return goods to us:
- You must notify us within 7 days if you wish to return items and then return them within 14 days of invoice date.
- You will need to contact us. Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your original invoice number and request for exchange or refund and we will send you an email with full instructions and the returns address for your goods. We cannot accept any returned items without prior authorisation.
- All items must be returned with their original tags and packaging in place, unworn and undamaged.
- All returns are the responsibility of the customer until we acknowledge receipt therefore we recommend you obtain proof of posting or postal insurance when mailing returned products back to us.
If you return an item for exchange or refund you must cover the cost of delivery back to us but there is no further charge for the replacement delivery. Replacement goods or refunds will only be released if the above steps have been followed and only once we receive the goods. Refunds can take between 7-10 working days – this is due to the card issuing bank and is out of our control. An email confirmation of a refund will be sent to you.

Orders under £60.00 will be charged £1.95 for Postage & Packing. Over £60.00 will be sent Postage free.
